Killer Power's shouldn't trigger Diminishing Returns like how Add-On's don't.

A big quality life change that would make Diminishing Returns more fair is that I don't think it really makes sense to have it trigger from just the Killer Power and one perk that does the same effect as the power (for example, how it triggers on Clown if you use a yellow bottle near a completed generator when using Batteries Included, or with Myers when you use Bamboozle in Tier 3).
