Can we get Ice Nine Kills shirts for ALL unlicensed survivors?

I love shirt collections, because that always means some additional cosmetization for the characters I like playing.

So I was a bit sad to find out that the Ice Nine Kills shirts are only for a few characters, and not all the unlicensed Survivors. Which is odd, because the design is very similar to the Iron Maiden shirts: logo on the front, list of tour venues on the back.

And the Iron Maiden shirts are for all unlicensed Survivors in DBD.

So why not INK? Is that a licensing thing, or can we expect more in the future?
