Balance changes on ptbs

The fact that there isn’t a single change on this ptb balance wise is ridiculous. There needs to be changes.

We haven’t had any meaningful balance changes in a long time. You can’t keep pumping out content when the game is so horribly balanced and expect people to stop complaining.
