Houndmaster ability

Houndmaster is basically unplayable because of her searching ability.
I do not want to waste 5 seconds to lock on a gen and if the gen is on a different altitude then you have to stop moving so that the ability wont snap off the gen.
Just add a toggle for gens and for normal searching.

    There’s a lot she needs help with. For sure.
