This is the worst anniversary reveals to date

No hype, no excitement, just a bunch of random numbers. This is them trying to bait people into engagement and failed.

It will, however, start another divide between players and/or devs per usual. It will only lead to unnecessary disappointment, hatred and doubt. If it's an original chapter or a licensed chapter not big enough for 10th Anniversary then you better be prepared for a major ####storm.

Such a shame too for a 10th Anniversary.

    What exactly are they suppose to do? The anniversary stream is still a couple weeks away which is a pretty long time. I think its the perfect time to let things progress slowly rather than trying to blow up an event that we won't even get to play for two weeks.

    Plus, ciphers and clues are fun to a majority of people. The majority usually matters more.

    That's a you problem tbh. I have hope for Jason, but I'm not gonna throw an online tantrum if he isn't the next killer. It's supposed to be a bit of fun, nothing more.

    I personally always enjoy the speculation pre-chapter, but I do have to say that this is a you problem. The anniversary is a month away and being honest, if we got a reveal now the hype would die down significantly by release, especially with the time we've still got till the next chapter.

    i actually like the way the hints come in. Some Codes (which are meh at this point) but with some other things like the calendar, Short videos and then this animated video, that might or might not contain hints for the chapter, seemingly no leaks, and nothing confirmed or outright out of question.

    We also know when to expect new stuff and when to expect actual reveal due to the calender (either “stop peeking” thing on22nd or latest the ptb on 26th)


    its not on the same Level as All Kill per reveal teasers but better than usual for sure.. what are you even expecting other then Direct reveals?

    If it's an original chapter or a licensed chapter not big enough for 10th Anniversary then you better be prepared for a major ####storm.

    Thats a given regardless of how they reveal it…

    The engagement is there. People have went from guessing its jason to guessing its pennywise to guessing its slenderman to guessing its candyman to guessing its both jason AND pennywise in a first ever double chapter.

    It beats being told its just jason or something by some leaker half a year in advance like they did that year with castlevania.
