Blight still has 2 core issues that make him way too strong

Blight got 2 well-deserved nerfs (he's still the 2nd best killer), but there are 2 other things that should be changed:

  • His movement speed add-ons are extremely overtuned. If you combine them (like 95% of Blights), you gain 5% speed for each consecutive rush (up to 20%!). That's more than a fully stacked PWYF for doing basically nothing. This has so many upsides that it's actually crazy to think these add-ons used to be even stronger
  • Stuns are basically pointless, especially when he is not using his power. Against other killers (except Ghoul) you can always try to gain distance after stunning them. It doesn't matter if you win a mind game when Blight can catch up to you 3 sec later anyway. This also makes DS pretty bad against him which doesn't make sense

The solution is simple:

  • Nerf his movement speed add-ons or remove one of them (or even both), because basekit Blight is actually fine to go against. He doesn't need that much speed.
  • Make him lose at least 3 tokens after getting stunned to make it actually rewarding

  • I’ve been saying from the start that the Blight nerf was pointless unless they removed those Crow and Rat add-ons. Players who master Blight will keep racking up absurd streaks thanks to those add-ons, because the speed is so high there’s no way to counter it. A Blight that hits the 5th bump with those add-ons is unstoppable.

  • sadly BHVR overlooks such things

  • speed addons are definately an issue still, other than that i do enjoy playing against him more now.

  • May be revisited in a future, but the time being… he feels fine now. Decent A tier killer.
