Siren Head – Killer Concept: The Sound of Despair

Power: Howl and Static
Press the Power button (Right Mouse Button) to emit a burst of sound within your Terror Radius (cooldown: 10 seconds).
Activating this ability has a 3‑second channel time during which you cannot move.
Survivors who hear the sound gain stacks of Hearing Damage and suffer negative effects based on their current number of stacks.
Hearing Damage stacks decrease by 1 if the Survivor has not been exposed to Howl or Static for 10 seconds.
Taking any form of damage removes all Hearing Damage stacks.
- At 3 stacks: The Survivor becomes Exhausted and Blind for 5 seconds.
- At 5 stacks: The Survivor’s Health State is reduced by 1 (a Healthy Survivor becomes Injured, an Injured Survivor becomes Downed).
Hold the Secondary Power button for 7 seconds to unleash a global Howl that echoes across the entire map (cooldown: 45 seconds).
Upon activation, for 30 seconds your Terror Radius extends to cover the entire map.
During this time, Survivors always hear a heartbeat as if you were right next to them.
When the Howl is triggered:
- Survivors within 10 m are instantly put into the Dying State.
- Survivors within 40 m gain +3 Hearing Damage stacks.
- Survivors outside 40 m gain +2 Hearing Damage stacks.
Survivors can find special crates scattered around the map and equip Earplugs.
Earplugs block the effect of Howl or Static once, then break.
Crate locations are fixed on the map, and each crate respawns a new pair of Earplugs every 2 minutes.
While wearing Earplugs, the time required for a Hearing Damage stack to decay is reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
Perks

Survivors who perform noisy actions (dropping a Pallet, vaulting a Window fast, entering or exiting a Locker fast, etc.) within your Terror Radius become Exhausted for 3/4/5 seconds.
This perk has a cooldown of 45/37/30 seconds.
Aeeeeeeeeeeng
Four random hooks become Scourge Hooks of Calamity.
When you hook a Survivor on a Scourge Hook of Calamity, all Survivors within 30/35/40 m of that hook become Exhausted and Blind for 5/7/10 seconds.
Wiyong Wiyong Wiyong
Breaking dropped Pallets or breakable Walls no longer consumes your Rage.
