‘Random Perk Loadout’ Button + layout concept

I think a little “random perk” button would be cool to add, and maybe each perk slot can have its own “lock” toggle which prevents a slot from being randomly generated if it’s locked.

it’d def help me use perks i normally wouldn’t use, or the most random build just for giggles
