The Ghouls "kidnap tech" is still in the game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the ghoul is still able to utilize the kidnap tech after patch notes saying it was removed

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

be in a match versing the ghoul and be on the other side of a dropped pallet or a window, he can lock you into place on the other side of pallet or window vault with basically no cooldown and down you, no time to make distance or even vault back.

- was unable to get due to it being a public match but have player logs and list of perks the killer in the particular round was using

update: after waiting for the newest release, the ghoul can still utilise kidnap tech.

    This was not patched in live server, only on PTB. In PTB it was patched, I saw it. You need to wait for the live release.

    I've just played a match against a ghoul after the release of this patch and they are still able to utilise kidnap tech at windows and pallets with no counterplay for the surviours. The vault extremelfast, lock you into place and wack you for the down before you can do anything
