Annoying interaction

There's annying interaction in dbd that probably should be removed due to huge survivor buff next patch. You see, survivors can finish sometimes gen in front of your face and others can help with it by bodyblocking them. There should be possibility to kick a genwhile survivor is worknig on it in order to prevent that toxic behaviour.
