Shoulder the burden on PTB

I dont have access to PTB, so was really hoping someone who DOES could test this. Would it proc the anti-tunnel penalties if someone using shoulder the burden dies, even if they've never been hooked before? I know LEAVING ppl on hook isn't suppose to trigger this, but does the new system see me as a dirty tunneler for killing the guy who just screamed when he is exposed?

    Thats interesting what about this perk and how it works if you go for the same survivor it should be removing the mark from hooked survivor on who it was used and deffinitly not give it to person who used it because it would be punishing a lot in both cases.
