A Killer based on Radiation
A killer who was mutated by radiation and grows deformities on their body would be a interesting avenue for more body horror in DBD. I imagine the killer looking like the one zombie type in Dead Island that explodes if they get close to you and would be distrubing to look at. The map could be a toxic waste dump or maybe even a abandoned nuclear plant .

Not familiar with Dead Island personally, but I like the idea of such a killer.
Kinda sounds like when The Doctor had to switch between modes and had an AoE building up madness in treatment mode
