Ghostface reveal SFX loop
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when playing against Ghostface, his Reveal sound plays for much longer than it should and results in a painfully loud screeching sound.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Seems to be triggered when someone attempts to reveal him but loses sight, the sound then continues until (I assume) the MP3 file ends

Got this on PC / Steam as well sometimes.
First time i really wondered what was going on.
Happened to me on the Switch also on Nostromo map a couple days ago.
