When there is only 2 survivors left and one of them are hooked you can mori the other, but if one of them are in Pyramid`s cage instead of the hook there will be no option to kill the other one.

Cages are not hooks, they should be counted as them but they are not so the game does not recognize the caged Survivor as being on hook for the mori.
