I felt like playing Ghoul again, but i don't know what kind of builds to run on him with the nerfs he has gotten in the past or what kind of add-on combo is recommend to run most of the time on him, any suggestions?
You could run anything, the survivors will still disconnect on you in the majority of matches because their fun doesn't seem to matter to the devs when designing this killer.
Even with the nerfs he's still insane. You can run literally anything on Ghoul and do just fine.
If you want to go all out, (Lethal Pursuer/Corrupt Intervention)/Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance/Dead Man's Switch/Grim Embrace is probably the strongest, but you will probably get some hate for running it.
For addons, I recommend Fresh Coffee (+14% Kagune Leap speed) and Kaneki's Satchel (+30% speed for the third Kagune Leap). Other good addons that you can run are Yamori's Mask, Red-Headed Centipede, and Broken Chain, but anything that's not a brown addon is also fine to run in virtually any scenario.
