Knotted rope got that licker tongue treatment

So basically houndmaster has an addon that reduces cooldown on succesfull hits like stbfl, on ptb was 40%, then 10% live and now its 2%???

My brother in christ 2% (0.054...) literally HALF A SECOND what can i do with a frame extra in my gameplay.

"hey but if we dont nerf it people will run it with stbfl", okay so lets butcher the addon in the off chance you commit the sin of using a perk and getting stacks? Thats the same logic that made haywire go from a niche perk to a useless one (because sigularity could use it well), at this point lets change the effects bro…

There are so many perks that are OP on specific killers and we dont nerf them for a reason… To keep the game playable, nemesis licker tongue had the same Ultra nerf for being used, but MAYBE it would be less used if he had a bette basekit, like DEMOGORGON RAT LIVER that were used a lot and it is not used anymore since the killer got buffed into a good state

    This happened months ago.

    It was supposed to be a placeholder nerf to keep it from being oppressive for a short period of time while they reworked it. And… they just never did.

    It should just be reworked. Basic attack recovery speed should never be an addon

    Yeah they had made it seem like it was going to be temporary. Like a quick fix, just give us a few weeks or a month.

    Probably what they are going to do is save it for when they give her some QOL, continue to fix her bugs and then adjust her addons. They will do it all in one PTB I presume
