Can't play free trial killers during the Twisted Masquerade event.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I want to try a new killer that I've never played before but I can't (Singularity).

PLATFORM: PC Epic Games

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I closed the game and went to sleep and when i came back to play, i couldn't play with any non bought killers (haven't tried with survivors). The bug happened today.

    what yall were doing when it happened to u, same as me like u turn off the pc or game and its gone?

    Thanks for taking the time to report an issue. Just wanted to let you know that the Free Character Trials has been temporarily disabled while we work on an issue affecting Prestiging.

    If you can tell, how long are they going to stay disabled?
