Is there a bug where the hatch just... doesn't spawn?
I was trying to give hatch to a Sable who did a little happy dance and gave me her medkit, and I swear we looked all around the map looking for the hatch for the better part of five minutes and couldn't find it. Eventually, she just ran to a hook and pointed at it so we could get on with our days.
This isn't the first time this has happened, either.

it probably spawned in the basement
any chance it was swamp? that’s still the map with the oddest hatch spawns
Autohaven
It would not surprise me in the slightest
