Wraith been nerfed or bug? Uncloaked pallet stuns last for ages

I've been playing so much survivor since the persistent killer nerfs but decided to play Wraith and found getting stunned whilst uncloaked lasts for ages, two pallets and thought this shouldn't be taking so long.

Has Wraith also been nerfed or is this a bug?

No, this is an intentional thing.

While he's cloaked, pallet stuns are doubled in length.

He has always taken ages to recover when cloaked but the question is about being uncloaked and having a huge stun duration, this never was like this… is this a bug?

If true, that would be a bug yes. Do you have footage?

Sounds like his cloak stun time isn't being reset when he uncloaks.
