Mori transition start through dragging survivor or etc before mori.
I believe for a less jarring transition I think the killer should first drag or throw* the survivor by the leg/limb or unique ability into a position where all camera positions are not clipping or obstructed. If the mori has a start like Myers either the survivor can be put into animation where they run and but tumble into position due to injures as they realize the killer is for sure gonna put them down for good. A undesirable approach would be a really crude and slower option where the killer is to pickup then move to the position like a bot then drop the survivor for the mori unless otherwise some killers have cool hold animations but should be sped up to prevent slowdown and be noticeable to other survivors they can't save them with a flashlight.
