Does anyone else think the ptb version of machine learnings nerf is unnecessary?
Haste is now 8% with undetectable for 60s, increased the time from 40s & decreased the haste from 10%
Since (correct me if im wrong) the haste from this perk didn't & never Stacked with other haste perks since this is the only perk that doesn't allow stacking with it, which makes this a nerf, meaning, the haste if nerfed, and the separate amount of times it can activate without reseting also is nerfed, what do I mean?
Since the perk will remain active for 60s again, that means comping another gen isn't necessary due to it not being able to stack aside from resetting the time, meaning, the individual benefits from this with the current live version is more useful due to the 2% increase from the ptb version with less timeto use it, meaning you can gain its benefits more without it being a 1 minute thing, since it cannot stack with itself or other haste perks at all according to my knowledge, this is mostly a nerf on a balanced perk
Nevermind, I tested it and it does stack with other haste perks
