Survivor Perks Randomized in Normal Mode
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since the most recent bugfix, all survivor perks in the normal game mode are stuck as randomized. No quests are present that should randomize the perks. 2v8 runs normally. Killer perks unaffected.
PLATFORM: PC

Do you have a Tome challenge affecting your loadout? You can check the Tomes at the bottom of the main menu (the little book/eye icon). If you have a random perk challenge selected before they introduced Quests you'll still have it on like normal until you take it off/complete it.
