Are you planning to remove the pick up speed cap of 42%?

The cap was introduced to prevent things like DS to not proc when combining Fire Up with Forever Entwined. Is the issue going to be properly fixed and the bandaid cap lifted?

    I was hoping they'd also redo the DS animation and add an actual weapon and make it actually not waste some of the stun time too, I feel like both of these could have been done at the same time.
