Survivor perk idea

Dont know what to call it but...

When another survivor gets injured (meaning when hit or steps in a bear).... hooks, pallets, totems and the killers auras are revealed in a 8,12,16 meter radius for 3,5,7 seconds... cooldown of 20 seconds

As always numbers may need adjusting... and maybe a cooldown is unnecessary.. obviously SWF wouldnt need this perk..

Comments

  • yes they would, if they need to find the hexes and hooks near the killer

For SWF??....... noooo this perk is already in SWF with comms...

I can understand that it can be powerful... mainly for solo but swf gives a bunch info to everyone why cant solo have this?

This perk provides quite specific and valuable information to everyone for a small toll. And no actually swf doesn’t have that complete info either. Yes swf has quite advantage over solo but not this one. Maybe what you suggested was seeing a totem or hook another one saw that could be close to swf information. But this one gives you free knowledge that others don’t know yet.
  • We really don't need more aura perks in this game.

The devs wanna close the gap between solo and SWF.... the only way to do that really is to give solo info or somehow take away info from SWF (nerf SWF).... most likely swf wont be nerfed because SWF is the reason this game is around so giving solo more info is the way to go.... perks are band aid fixes

The idea of seeing what others have seen is more interesting anyways but how could that or is that even possible for bhvr to do? Maybe the radius could be shrunk down a bit?
  • This is a combination of Detective's Hunch and Windows of Opportunity

yeah, but that would boost how easy it is to find the killer and if they don't know the location of the hex will help grandly, If the swf does not know the location of their friend, they will go to the closest hook to the killer, pallets will be the same, this perk will boost the hell out of the survivors, especially swf

I can see where you're coming
  • Sounds like a good idea, but I feel like totems is a little much, will just make Hex: totems that spawn near a gen even easier to find. I'd actually increase the range a bit but get rid of totems.
