3 Perks to choose, 2 perks to get at Bloodweb level 50

We are getting more and more perks and it is pretty damn annoying playing thousands of hours and dont have all perks on all your favorite killers/survivors. So why not allow to get 2 perks in the level 50 bloodweb and let you choose of 3 or maybe 4 perks?
