What if these bubble head nurses were in dbd as a second silent hill chapter.
Just imagine if they worked similar like the unknown but way more horrifying and different. Like the way they twitch their body and the way they stand still imagine multiple ones in one.

Id absolutely love to get another Silent Hill or Resident Evil Chapter.
Theres still so many possibilities for future content.
Or have them work like Nemesis's zombies. A couple just wander the map as support for the killer. They can swing their weapons to injure survivors.
