Zombie stuck, able to teleport upstairs - Eyrie of Crows map
Zombie that spawns upstairs hook, seems to get stuck downstairs visually when it spawned on the ledge upstairs invisible on the vines? But it becomes visible once it hits you upstairs. Pictures show it more clearly than i can explain without the full knowledge of the mechanics.

This is a bug that survivors themselves can abuse to become unhittable as long as they stay on the spot and don't move. Same thing can happen next to the table too seen in the last image.
Happened to me too, on Forgotten Ruins. I was standing on the top floor at the ledge and there was a zombie at the bottom of the stairs that teleported to hit me twice.
The zombie was also stuck in place there, when Nemesis tried to hit it to reset it nothing happened.
