Remove the bots in 2v8, and give survivors iri shard bonus

The bots are very scared of the terror radius, if they're healing you they will stop mid-heal and run away if they hear the slightest hint of the terror radius. They also prioritize yellow and green herbs instead of generators.

    100% agree with the iri shard bonus. This is the only fix to queue times in my opinion. Bloodpoints are simply not enough of an incentive.
