The Problem with Freddy's add-ons
Say what you will about base-kit Freddy. His add-ons are better. However, most add-ons are generic or do almost nothing. The problem is that some add-ons will never be used and the strongest will only be used.
Kid's Drawing
(OLD) Increases the amount of Sleep gained from Dream Abilities by 10%
This is incredibly weak, even for a brown add-on. Its effect will not make a difference.
Solution: buff the increase to 50%
Sheep Block
(OLD) Increases the Alarm Clock cooldown by 10%
This effect is so negligible and difficult to know if it will make a difference in the slightest.
Solution: replace its effect. Increases the time to wake up from alarm clocks by 3 seconds and you see the aura of survivors for 5 seconds after they are using the alarm clock
Blue Dress
(OLD) Dream Snares no longer move, Dream Snares have a lifetime of 8 seconds, only 1 Dream Snare can be placed at a time
Having the old snare back is great, however it is too weak compared to the new snares. Furthermore, the add-on is a green rarity
Solution: give the ability to place snares as traps again and combine the total number of dream pallets and dream snares to 8 in total
If it's too difficult to change: increase the range the old snare can be placed to 18 meters and its effects still work immediately when a survivor is hit by them.
Jump Rope
(OLD) Increases the Hindered penalty duration when a Survivor is caught by a Dream Snare by 0.5 second
This add-on has the strongest effect and should be replaced
Solution: Replace its effect. The new Dream Pallets become Old Dream Pallets (invisible for awake survivors)
Swing Chains
(OLD) After using Dream Projection, block all window vaults within 16 meters for 6 seconds
The numbers are too low and it has no impact most games
Solution: Buff the numbers respectively to 32 meters and 30 seconds and add: gain 5% haste for 10 seconds after teleporting to a generator
Black Box
(OLD) Exit Gates are blocked for Sleeping Survivors for 15 seconds after they are opened
This add-on was okay before. Now because of the downed survivors waking up, this add-on is useless and incredibly weak for its rarity.
Solution: Replace its effect. You become obsessed with one Survivor. The obsession starts the Trial in the Dream World. Every time the obsession is hooked, another Survivor becomes the obsession and is immediately put to sleep.
If it's too difficult to change: exit gate switches are blocked for sleeping survivors for 30 seconds after being touched

TLDR: replace Jump Rope's effect, buff bad add-ons and fix Black Box or replace it with something else.
Lastly, give us an option to play with the old Dream snares and Dream pallets as add-ons.
