Reworking Dying light as a Scourge Hook but still keep the same effect
Scourge Hook: Dying light
At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks are changed into scourge hooks. You see their auras in white
You become obsessed with one survivor
Your obsession gains a 33% action speed bonus to unhooking and healing other survivors
Each time you hook a survivor other than the obsession on a scourge hook, if the obsession is alive gain a token up to 3
If the obsession is alive, all survivors who are not the obsession get 9% penalty to repair, healing, sabotage speeds for each token
This rework does the same thing as it did before but instead of needing 9 hooks for max percentage of 27% ( no obsession switching ) it needs 3 hooks on scourge hooks.
Could be nasty when paired with thana and penimento. Does this look like a good change or no. If no what changes would you do

Michael's lore is that he's obsessed with obsession. Laurie. Much like how hag has 3 hexes perk, Michael has to have 3 obsession perks. there is 0 chance they will remove obsession from Michael's perks. It is lore accurate.
I have no clue how to improve the perk. Maybe increase the number to 4% and make so obsession is affected by the perk.
Obsession part is there. Its the exact same word by word from how it is rn except its 9% and not 3% and you gain them from hooking a survivor on a scourge hook.
i am not a fan of changing michael's perks to not be pure obsession based.
