with this, the difference between the the tiers of the perk should be :
tier 1 : the addons you get can have a maximum rarity of rare
tier 2 : the addons you get can have a maximum rarity of very rare
tier 3 : the addons you get can have a maximum rarity of iridescent

ace in the whole really needs a buff and i feel like this could be neat as you could get some very neat addons if you're lucky
