Chuckey 360 around loops is back

what the title implies the dev took out chuckey abalitie to 360 around loops with power but it has found it way back into the game againt I have like 7 video of chuckey legit 360 around almost ever loop in eyri of crows wich shouldn't be possiable like devs plz address the broken gameplay it can even be done after scamper witch make it so oppressive and undodgiable

you would be able to use scamper in slice & dice if that true. I don't believe it.
