you get more BP and it increase the bar of progression a little bit
I believe you get either a %1 instant increase or %2. If anyone's wondering how much it increases by.
150BP (category depends on the action) and a slight boost to the progression bar. On fast actions the boost in negligible however on something like selfcare or repairing a generator if you can consistently hit the greats you can save a good chunk of time and get alot of additional points.
