Archives pop up

please, i beg make the archive tab not pop every time i get into a lobby or get to egc. i want to say something but no it pops up and dare i get a challenge done or level up in the rift and it stays there for an hour. i couldn't report a cheater because i accidentally clicked on it and it got me to archives.
