PC - 2v8 - Cage of Corruption can be un-interactable
Seen on Ironworks of Misery
Cage of Corruption spawns on a Hook Location with hook present, preventing other survivors from releasing the caged survivor.
Witnessed as both the one attempting to release and the one being released.
If this is your first "hook", you may be teleported to a different cage location after hitting hook state 2, otherwise you're doomed to die

I witnessed this on Groaning Storehouse (killer combo of Wraith and Huntress.) Hooks spawned all over the map and cages could spawn inside them. It may be an issue on all MacMillan maps, though I played two games of Suffocation Pit and did not notice hooks spawning on the map in those games. Which is not to say they weren't possibly there, but I do think I would have noticed them.
Had this issue as well same map but in a different spot. Cage was right next to a hook just like in the image. Hook was just blocking the way so hooks shouldn't even spawn in this mode.
Just had the same thing happen here, best you can do to help is try to draw one of the killers near, this will force the cage to move to a new location, hopefully not blocked by a hook.
Can also happen on coal tower
Happens AT LEAST EVERY GAME now. Totally broken! Cannot rescue survivors! Pics attached.

What I don't understand is why hooks are even spawning in 2v8. Killers do not hook, and the cages spawn within, on, behind, under, and on tops of hooks making them Inaccessible.
