Just had the same thing happen here, best you can do to help is try to draw one of the killers near, this will force the cage to move to a new location, hopefully not blocked by a hook.

I've had a similar issue but i'm running of windows store so i don't have a Stop button. The game keeps bugging out when loading into matches as the windows store is to do and then i can't exit out of the game so i force close it and it bugs out and doesn't properly close so when i go to re open it give an error message saying it still running.
I check task manager and there is DBD and EAC in there so end both of them but DBD doesn't actually stop and can't be stopped unless i restart my PC.

Right yeah after looking it up a little it makes more sense why they aren't in the game/cross-progression since having two different teams working on the same game would be really difficult to manage.
But i don't see why they can't be brought over to the base game, I can get the whole devaluing of the mobile cosmetic but that assumes its onlty players who play mobile in their free time and that they wouldn't want it on both.
I'd imagine also the license for the skin would still be partially in BHVR's hands right?
