Hardened not working against the Doctor's AoE's.
Is this WAI? Granted, I wasn't able to open a chest before the first shock, but was able to after that, and all subsequent shocks made me scream.

Did you fully charge the perk?
You need to open a chest AND bless/cleanse a totem for the perk to activate.
