Pyramid Head should have different movement speeds for Rites of Judgement and Punishment of the Damn

One of the major problems with Pyramid Head is that it's generally not worth setting up Rites of Judgement pre-emptively since it wastes too much time and slows you down. My suggestion is to allow Pyramid Head to cycle between Rites of Judgement and Punishment of the Damned. Everything will be the same except in Rites of Judgement mode he won't get slowed down and can't use Punishment of the Damned until he lifts his sword up. In Punishment of the Damned mode, it will work the same as now but he won't generate any Torment Trails.

    what are you setting up? the trails only 1 CM of dirt on pallet or window to be tormented.
