It's Killer Instinct so yeah, no way to counter it.
I don't think any killers get any aura reading effects on survivors as part of their powers except for trapper which is also a scream historically the only one was old freddy. It would be silly if you could counter killers powers information with perks like distortion and well doctor has been kinda of overlooked in this regard but much less people use calm spirit
Except getting the loot that shows the sphere.
