Add a timer to show how long bamboozle has until the window unblocks.

What I mean by this if the title wasn't clear enough, is when you vault a window, add a timer over the perk icon to tell you when the window will unblock so you don't have to guess when the survivor will be able to vault the window again.

It would be a decent buff, but I think it would be a nice change.

    It actually had a timer showcase during the Clown PTB, I saw it in a video, they should bring that back.

    I think I'm correct in thinking a clockwise timer on the perk is cooldown/charge and a anti-clockwise timer is remaining duration… thinking mostly about Blast Mine and alike 🤔

    The duration timer on Bamboozle is a solid QoL and should absolutely be a thing.

    Counterforce needs tokens as well please.
