This is purely an issue with the wording, it's due to the update that happened today - the perk has not yet changed in game, it's scheduled to be as advised in the Developer Update, and will be in an upcoming hotfix.

After the PTB, they said they would be changing the perk a third time in a future update to bring back the scream. I guess this is the future update!
I played one match to test it, but it's still auras instead of screams even tho the perk ingame says it's screams lol
