Do i need to repair specifically last gen or doesnt matter and i just need to do any generator ?

    You need to finish the last gen, which will power the gates. And you need to escape through the gates as well, so no hatch for you.

    It is possibly the single hardest survivor achievement to get naturally.

    Assuming you have access to them, I'd recommend bringing Wake Up, Sole Survivor, Low Profile, and maybe some exhaustion perk to help you avoid getting chased too long or a gen perk to finish gens faster. Might have to play a bit selfishly to get it.

    damn so its last, feels kinda bad cuz in a way i have to troll matches to get it

    This was hard before EGC, now it's down right impossible. Good luck and hope the hatch doesn't close 2s before completing that last gen.

    i just did it by befriending killer giving him an item and not saving team. this achivment is bs x)
