Shortening the Shrine of Secrets Duration time

If you want to get a certain teachable perk but don't want to buy the whole character, the Shrine of Secrets is great. But the only thing I don't like is the refreshing duration, I'd personally love if it was shortened to 1 day or 2 days

    Honestly at this point of the game it can be a supermarket where you can buy any perks of choice.

    I don't get why they are so stubborn about making new players suffer for longer time.
