Make Power of Two and Collective Stealth activate on unhooks

These perks would have more use if they functioned on unhooks as well as heals. Extra speed and hidden scratchmarks would be most useful when unhooking and leaving the hook to heal somewhere safer so the killer has a harder time coming back to hook and tracking survivors down.

They also need their cooldowns reduced significantly.

    That is a good idea. That could really help against killers that just go back to hook. But knowing them.....they wont do it. Requires too much effort.

    I'm not completely against this idea but if Collective Stealth were to activate on unhooks as well, then both survivors wouldn't leave scratch marks but the unhooked survivor would still leave trails of blood. So the killer could only follow one of them, which happens to be the one that was unhooked. So basically, the killer would tunnel because they couldn't go after the unhooker.

    I'd like to see it hide scratch marks and pools of blood of the unhooked survivor while not working for the unhooker. If both were hidden, then you'd have cases where survivors would just unhook because they aren't in any danger anyway, which is also not great.
