What perks do you think shouldn't stack

For example Buckle up and For the people it forces you to be injured but gain the endurance status which to me doesn't make sense. But what type of perk stack killer or survivor do you wish wouldn't stack.

Comments

  • It make sense in script. FTP making a healing instantly from whatever to 100% (a complete healing).

Though I thought you mean stacking the same status together for stronger effect, like haste and slowdown...

  • The new grim embrace and dead mans switch! (probably)

  • Haste in general shouldn't stack, both for killers and survivors and neither should gen progression/regression/slowdown. Only the highest active value should be applied at any given time.

  • All Haste perks (both sides), FTP + Buckle Up, DMS + anything that forces a survivor to let go of a generator (both blocking and screams).

Yeah... survivor Haste stacking can completely break the game. Saw a video the other day of 2 guys running around as fast as the killer basically the whole game. At the end, the killer HAD to just let them go since he couldn't even start EGC to get the entity to kill them since there was 2 of them alive.

  • Again, if only the highest Haste value was in effect, then Haste perks in general could afford to be more effective.

I love Haste perks, I like using multiple of themn but the options are just too limited.

Haste is already conditional in most cases, and it would work out better to be able to equip multiple Haste perks that were powerful, but active at different times. Then to have to worry about 4 different haste effects stacking, and making them all weak AND conditional.

  • FTP/Buckle Up and any Haste Perks

Yeah, I have seen this Build twice on Midwich (as Survivor, I did not run into it as Killer yet). The main problem here is that it is just unhealthy, not even too strong. One of the games the Killer just gave up (cannot blame them) and the other game the Killer tunneled me and my SWF-Mate, which was the only thing they could do.

In general, at least since Hope and MFT were used together it should have been clear that Haste-Stacking should not be a thing. IMO the only instances of Health that should be stackable are Bloodlust with one Haste-effect and the Basekit Haste after an Unhook with one Haste-effect.

But Haste given via Perks should never stack.
