Making it 200% speed was mistake imo. It makes flashlight/flashbang/pallet save too easy. Being able to run with speed of Blight from the out of the sight seems not balanced to me.
"Just look at wall" is not way to counter it as walls are not placed in front of you all the time. If the survivor is doing save with Flashbang, even looking at wall is meaningless. "Use Lightborn or Franklin's" is also not proper counterplay unless devs lock survivor loadout earlier than killer's since survivors can change items at the last second.
Due to this, I think it should be reverted to 150% speed.
