Isn't it next week? Pretty sure that is when the new update drops.
30th this month, its on the roadmap.
Most likely 31st, Tomes usually release one day after the Midchapter dropped.

tomes/rifts always open 1 day after the midchapter (so itd be next week on the 31st)
