Why are bloodpoint offerings not universal?

Specifically cakes, streamers, etc. It would encourage people to play both sides as well as a variety of different killers if they just had one universal pool of offerings that any character could use. I think a lot of people have been in the situation where a handful of characters have an extremely large amount of offerings.

    I agree. Furthermore, survivors should be able to share their items, add-ons and offerings. And also killers should be able to share their offerings.
