Add-On Reliant Killers
Ive noticed a trend with a lot of killer designs where features that seem like they going to be/ should be basekit are locked behind add-ons. And i’m not talking about just things that make the killer better. Many killers feel clunky to play or like they have no power without these addons. Dredge is one of the best examples of this. His whole kit feels veryy clunky overall, especially with how slow his teleport feels (made even worse with how inconsistent lockers spawns can be). It’s insane how much better he feels when you’re running boat key addon. Legion without duration addons and Myers without stalk addons also come to mind. What other killer add-ons do you feel should be basekit?
p.s. this doesn’t apply to every killer or every addon. we don’t need basekit compound-33 blight or infinite mori myers

toy sword, partial soma photo, partial haddie's calendar, a bit of duration for myers and legion, multiple add ons for trapper mainly slower self rescue slower disarm faster setting and even honing stone, discipline, engraving (at least yellow), giga-cicada, chili, iri brush, ambush charge speed for pig, range for pphead, map of the realm. long list, i'd add turret add ons for xeno buuut, it makes sense that luxury requires add on slots.

Myers both stalk speed increases should be base kit honestly. Even with those sometimes you can't stalk fast enough if the survivors know how to starve you. His base kit stalk is a dumpster fire.
Pig: Workshop Grease and Combat Straps.
Hillbilly: Death Engravings (at least partially), Off-Brand Motor Oil (or you play with normal sound and go deaf) and Heavy Clutch (if they don't change his collisions), arguably Dad's Boots (otherwise your mobility isn't really good on most maps).
Freddy: Red Paintbrush (no-brainer).
Doctor: Mouldy Electrode.
Twins: Toy Sword.
Knight: Map of the Realm.
Bubba: Chilli.
Deathslinger: Modified Ammo Belt.
Clown: Sticky Soda Bottle.
Dredge: Haddie's Calendar.
Myers: Memorial Flower.
Singularity: Soma Family Photo (at least partially).
Trapper: Trapper Gloves and Wax Brick.
That makes 13 out of 34 killers, that need some addon base kit. More than a third of all killers. It's pretty terrible that it got so far, if you think about it.
