Can we get stronger killers and buffs for regression perks after the 3 gen fix?

@Mandy said that they were targeting 3 gen because it limited their ability to design killers and perks due to the potential of a 3 gen. If 3 gen is being fixed, can you guys keep your promise of designing stronger killers and regression perks? Plus, we need it since removing 3 gen is a nerf to killers.
